My Skinny Rules (Inspired by Bob Harper)

-Drink a large glass of water before every meal. (no excuses)

-Don’t drink your calories

-Eat some form of protein every meal (you will be full longer)

-Try to avoid eating anything containing refined flours and grains

-30-50 grams of fiber each day (stay full longer)

-Eat apples and berries every day (except for fasting days)

-No carbs after noon

-ALWAYS read food labels

-Always look for portion size and get it right.

-Goodbye artificial sweeteners!

-Goodbye fast foods and fried foods!

-Eat a real breakfast (breakfast is essential to your metabolism, trust me)

-Make your own food as often as possible

-Stop eating foods with high sodium

-Eat vegetables. So many vegetables. 

-Don’t eat after 4:00 p.m. 

Here are the rules I swear to. For all those who have been sending me messages concerning how to eat healthily to lose weight. Use this as your bible and I promise you’ll feel and look so much better. Stay strong, ladies and gents. I believe in you. xx

Hi!!

a thinspo is basically anything that inspires you to reach your weight loss goals

tips:

-focus on eating healthy
-try to do a little bit better each day
-use the step counter on your phone (aim for 10,000 steps/day)
-stay hydrated!!
-if you are hungry, eat something healthy (otherwise you will eventually cave in and binge)
-aim to eat until you are no longer hungry rather that when you are full

What I need people to understand is that getting out bed is not easy.

Leaving the house is not easy.

Talking to people is not easy.

Ordering food is not easy.

Making phone calls is not easy. 

I need people to understand, that just because something is easy to them, it may not be that easy to others.

ESPECIALLY the phone calls thing. People don’t understand why I can’t just call to order pizza or call customer service…
